Looks like I lost half my Head!

For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

It's hard haha, Should look back on day 1

Keep moving and include some skipping too.. it highly burns out your cslories

it's awkward, I can't do anymore then 6 before my arms give out.

Something I did that has helped so much was adding more sets! I noticed a huge difference! I was getting stronger and losing fat a whole lot quicker. You end up gaining more muscle, so you aren't losing the weight as fast, but the muscle helps burn extra fat in the long run on days you don't workout!
