For the Workout:

2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs

Crushing it, Getting really close to that 120 day mark! was hoping to get down to 175 before then but still stuck at 179.

Sort:  

I see biceps and triceps push ups, obviously for males only.... Recommended for all ages?

This is kinda a specific workout that works for me, you could always try to see if it works well for you as well.
