3 sets of 10 Sit-ups
3 sets of 10 Push-ups
3 sets of 15 Squats
3 Sets of 25 Biceps 10 Lbs
3 Sets of 10 Triceps 10 Lbs
Weigh in for the day 184.4 weights up again (Confused?!?!?)
Feeling a little discouraged but to compensate I have increased the work-out again, and next time I get discouraged I am just going to do more! I intend to get below 180 by the 30 day mark, but it is starting to look a lot more difficult!

Keep it at. Follow your fitness and nutrition plan and don't sweat the day to day fluctuation on the scale
Yeah, I try not to sweat it but it is frustrating. Should probably just not weigh myself more then once a month
