Hello steemit friends, maybe you've already heard typical phrases like: I'm not old enough to go to the gym anymore, to train or my muscles are no longer useful because they're old. Age does not matter at the time of doing any physical activity, there are several types of exercised adapted for each age, here we would be talking about the principle of the individualization of basic physical preparation.

An impediment to start exercising or moving should not be your age, no matter how old you are. Do what you have always wanted to do.
When your body is subjected to stress by performing aerobic or anaerobic exercises, a process begins in your body where more than 400 chemicals are released, your body begins to release substances that help in many factors, to name you only alginas as it is: regulate levels of fat, oxygenate and cleanse the blood eliminating toxins, releases antioxidants, regenerative substances, etc.

Have an active lifestyle, for this I can recommend you regardless of your age but always working at your own pace since each organism is different, I know that starting is the most difficult but a very good way to start could be one of these options There are already low impact exercises:

. Go on a bicycle
. Go for a walk
. Climbing stairs
. Perform household chores
. Create some hobbies like gardening or any other activity that puts you in motion
. Pitates or Yoga

If you want more intense activities you could include including an activity in which strength, cardiovascular system, mobility, and agility are worked on:

. Tennis
. Biotherapies
. Strength exercises like weights
. Swimming
