Great...keep on working out...
matter of fact, I myself, am a tall guy, but not fit, a bit thin...
I started working out in home since last month...just doing different kinds of push ups every single day...and now, after a month..(of course by eating more) I started to get in shape and feel the difference...putting 5 more kg on...(I was 69 and now I'm 74)... and believe me it helped my self confidence too...
I'll write a post someday about myself keeping progress on gettin in shape
