Warmup treadmill and cycling 30 min each
High knees 100
Pushups 30
Chinups 30
Main workout :abs and forearm
Crunches 4 sets 100 reps
Reverse crunches 4 sets 100 reps
Scissor crunches 4 sets 100 reps
Wipers 4 sets 100 reps
Lower ab crunches 4 set 100 reps
Planks 12 sets (sideways + straight) 1 minute each 144 reps (is this the method)
Forearm: forearm curls 4 sets 100 reps
Reverse wrist curls 4 sets 100 reps.
Total reps 1304..
Hell how did i do that many.

The only thing I'm trying to reduce from people's counts is the high knees since I feel they're a running/cardio thing. With that in mind, 1,204 reps killing your core and abs is impressive beyond what I can do.
