Steemit can be a tough crowd. I think you should slow down with the blogs for now. You don't have enough followers yet, and not enough people know who you are to be interested in your blogs. I made this mistake earlier on, and i'm still paying the price.

You should take the time to find the people you are going to follow, and start commenting on their blogs. Introduce yourself to about a 100 bloggers on here independently before you make your next post. You will gain upvotes faster by commenting on other peoples blogs first, rather then burn yourself out writing great blogs with very few rewards. Before you make your next blog, try and get up to 100 followers by reaching out to everyone first. This might take you a month, but it will get you established on Steemit. Then expect your next blogs to make at least $10 each, and it should increase. You need to develop critical mass, before your blogs start trending and making good money.
