Hello, I have been running for almost seven years, I participate in 10km competitions basically, I had not heard of the program to calculate the nutritional part, I am going to check; Although since I have run I have never liked to eat anything before training or competing, I am going to review your suggestions.

it's just for peak performance. If you run 10k's competitively than you are probably faster than I am anyway. Generally speaking though, fuel is necessary for the engine to work it's best.
