If you've got nothing but a resistance band, this workout is for you. If you don't have some resistance bands, you should probably get hold of some!
They are great because they give you resistance, but they barely weigh anything. It makes them ideal for travel and can be rolled up into a small space.
To make the resistance harder simply stand further away from your anchor, fold the band shorter or grasp further down the band.

I had never thought that we could do so much with a resistance band. I have one but that is relatively smaller. Is there any way to do ab workout with it?
