âŚCan you train everyday?...
1. Learn how to listen to your body
You planned your workouts every day. Only two things can disturb your plan, thatâs your brain and your body. You have to distinguish those two things. Training can make your brain tired, especially if you are beginner. âoh man, I trained hard yesterday, I deserved restâ or âI had an awful day, I should pass this workoutâ .. Itâs the brain guys, you can do it. When body says âI need restâ, you just rest there are no excuses. How does body says that? Personaly, I read those signs when I wake up. If you feel like someone been beating **** out of you whole night, then you should workout easy that day. Itâs simple, you are having muscle soreness. You are hiting your muscles hard, making them hurt, making them wounds. Itâs same like you have wounds on skin, after they get healed, your skin becomes thicker on places where wounds been. Thatâs the soreness, but from musclesâs perspective. Feel the soreness and be happy. đ
2. Easy workouts
Okay, you learned how to listen to your body. You wake up and you hear your body screaming. What should you do?
- Workout with rested muscles. Bodybuilders do that, they have each day for each group of muscels. While some muscles geting healed, and waiting in line for the next wounds, others cry happy in pain. đ
- Why not stretching workout, you can use whole workout time for it, try some new stretch exercises there is a lot of them.
- The more you learn the more you gain đą, try new exercises and practice how to use them correctly. Youâll have a great time, Iâm sure.

3. You want more
This is my favorite tip, but it might be hard to achiveâŚ
You know youâll have much free time next week, and you are willing to put your muscels to place of big pain and pure soreness. Plan your HARD workouts for everyday, and try to stick with it. Try to ignore that morning pain. But guys, this is the hard part that needs some experience, you need to understand fully your body. You need to know the diference, does your body weeping like baby, or does your body really needs rest. If it is just a baby weeping, ignore it. And after your week finishes, you achived all you planned, you can take rest for 2-3 days and just watch how your muscels grow. đ
