My Fitness Journey - 100,000 Curls Later

Two Years Ago I Found A Love For Body Building

I was a Junior in high school when I first started to exercise seriously.

I was always the scrawny kid since I was young,
I weighed in at about 109 Lbs when I was 17...

I was especially insecure about my body and how skinny I was.... so, unfortunately, I don't have a picture to show just how skinny I was, because I was always too ashamed to take one.

But, one day I decided I was DONE being the LITTLE GUY

So I did some research, watched thousands of youtube videos, and decided to join my local gym.

Once I got started, nobody could stop me.

I was literally in the gym EVERY DAY (which is not healthy for your body, it needs rest).
I went by myself every day after school for months. Then I finally got some friends to join me.
I was a noob, the kid who doesn't re-rack his weights kind of noob.

I was so weak and frail, I started off BARELY able to curl a 20LB barbell.
Forget about bench press too, I didn't even attempt that for months after I joined.

But, after spending countless hours in the gym, I met new people who admired my persistence and they helped guide me down the right path in fitness.

I learned about different workouts and proper form.
I learned A LOT about proper nutrition and how to care for your body.

And, after almost 2 years of GRINDING

This is what I look like as of today, June 16th, 2017.

I am aware I'm not that big, and I'm nowhere near satisfied. I have much much more progress and gains I plan to make. From weighing in at 109 Lbs two years ago, I now weigh 151 Lbs. All muscle no fat. Gotta keep that six-pack!

Keep in mind, I have gotten to this point 100% naturally.

NO STEROIDS
NO SHORTCUTS
NO WEAKNESS

Just relentless and persistent grinding.
Eat right, get rest, and exercise! You will see a difference in your body.
