This is my first Story about my Fitness Progress as I said in my last Post a few minutes ago. Just finished a few sandwiches as I always try to eat before I go to bed to avoid catabolism and eat sufficiently enough to fuel my muscle tissue. Always try to eat healthy and good quality food to get the best results possible. Good Quality Meat is a big advantage as it powers muscle growth but you should have the consume under control. But dont forget about vegetables as every type of food has its own good. But the most important thing is the calories you need to get to gain mass in general.
Im currently back on track!
I gained 5 kilos in my first 3 weeks and I am really satisfied with the results
