Lebron2016, you're also an icon to some people too and my oldest mate on Steemit. You don't need gyms to get fit, you can do exercises at home and get out into the fresh air to walk and skip and run, just keep moving....then you can eat some more chocolate ;-) ingatz young lady and have a brilliant weekend :-)
Thanks for the post :). In your opinion can you lose fat while also gaining muscle? Or will you confuse your body? I am lean bulking (lean meats and vegetables, low carbs). What are your thoughts? :)

A very inspirational young lady and well produced informative video, but is there any way you could get a few middle aged overweight people in your films to get us older fellas moving ? Its difficuly to find exercise routines geared up towards my own age group.
