Well, to answer your question it's quite hard. I use to go up in weight, but as you know muscles weights more than fat. I would say go up in weight and slightly decrease your calories.

Absolutely, I typically lift the same way as when I'm bulking and try to increase the weights, but when you're on a strict cut, it can be really hard to go up in weight!
