When I was younger, I was a teenager and I was doing bodybuilding, I used creatine and whey protein from time to time. Sometimes, albumin. I remember that the people who used them always said that it grew faster and the ones that sold were asking if the person wanted to be a monster. If it were today, with the maturity that I have, I would not buy any, because it is just to stop working out that the body begins to lose muscle mass, so, even if the supplements help, both real and the placebo effect, one hour the results pass . For me, it is money spent only at that time, usually for aesthetic reasons. If you do not have bodybuilding, your profession will be losing money in the long run. Of course this is just my vision.
