this is my first post on Steemit and i present to you fitness protein Waffles.
The Waffles is easy to make and taste delicious.
You need:
10g coconut oil
2 eggs
200ml milk
150g Instant Oats
1 Package baking powder
juice of half a lemon
20g Vanille Whey
1 appel
First coconut oil, eggs, milk and Package baking powder in the bowl and stir.
After that the rest and again stir. Make sure to cut the apple small.
Now put the dough in the waffles iron and wait a few minutes.
Then take out and serves with raspberry and coconut grate.
Enjoy the meal!
