not a fan of gyms, slowly working my way into it

I totally understand. I wasn't a fan of them either. It took me a while to get into it. You look around and see all kinds of equipment and you wonder how to use it. Then you see someone crushing a machine or weight and you think... man I can't do it that well. Thing is you can. Or on the flip side maybe it's not even in your fitness goals, so it looks cool but it's not you.

My biggest thing to all people about fitness and in life. Do what you like. Make "it" make you feel good. If you are tense and in a constant state of pain you are naturally going to go away from it.

Make fitness fun and entertaining and then everything can fall into place.
