Daily Challenge Complete - 100 reps sort of
The 5x5 workout is only 3 times per week. To help with posture and flexibility, the remaining days will all be active recovery. As such, this morning's workout consisted of:
- 10 minutes of stretching
- 15 minute run on the treadmill
- Nike's Open Rotation (15 minutes) mobility workout find it in the free Nike Training app
- 10 minute run on the treadmill
- 5 minute cool down/walk on the treadmill
Seems to be 25 minutes of running and 5 minutes of walking before the open rotation workout, so 30 minutes of dedicated cardio counts for 100 reps since it was intended for exercise.
