I'm finally awake to see a post from you, haha.

I love your opening line!

The thing I hate the most is doing legs which has always been a problem for me as I naturally have broad shoulders and can pack on muscle quickly but lose fat slowly.

I need to start slow like you suggested. Thanks for the tips, Jane!
