Kettlebells are super powerful, yet every time you hit the gym, people will opt for the traditional weights; I can rest assured that I have the proper weights to train without waiting for someone to complete the exercise. Kettlebell squats have been a game-changer for me. Thanks for sharing Caroline's video; she is super fit.

You're welcome! I think they're the most effective form of weight training I've ever found and I've pretty much tried them all. This workout incorporates squats and they are amazing. The Romanian deadlift is also a good one to strengthen the core and stretch the hamstrings.
