I CALL THIS SMOOTHIE THE 'POPEYE' SMOOTHIE BECAUSE OF THE SPINACH CONTENT THAT IS GOOD FOR IMPROVING MUSCLE PERFORMANCE WHILST EXCERCISING. ITS EASY TO PREPARE WITH ONLY 3 INGEDIENTS....SIMPLES!
We all remember POPEYE downing a can of spinach to 'bring on the big guns' to save his girl OLIVE- don't worry you won't suddenly popout muscles, but you will improve your muscle performance, by lowering the amount of oxygen the muscles use when being 'worked 'during any excercise.
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach leaves
2 large bananas
1 cup apple juice
Ice optional
Blend all together, and pour into glass and ENJOY
