Whether you're short on time, or want to finish your workout with a bang, this 5 minute circuit will do the trick.
Set a timer for 5 minutes, and complete as much of the following as you can:
1 kettlebell swing*
10 burpees
2 kettlebell swings
10 burpees
3 kettlebell swings
10 burpees
Keep going until you complete 10 kettlebell swings/10 burpees, or the timer ends, whichever comes first.
Walk/bike for 10-15 minutes afterwards to loosen up your legs. Trust me, they'll need it.
*Pick a weight that you can do for 10-15 repetitions. If you don't have a kettlebell nearby, swap the swings for squat jumps or another lower body exercise.
