On a recent work trip, a few of my team mates asked if I could help them get into a regular exercise routine. Rather than create customised workouts for all of them, I thought "Hey, why not post a daily workout to Steepshot and Instagram?" So here I am, kicking it off for day one with a 12 minute AMRAP circuit.
As the name suggests, the goal is to perform as many rounds as possible within 12 minutes. I did it first thing this morning and got through 6.5 rounds.
The exercises themselves are pretty simple – if you're unsure of technique, Google is your friend (I plan to cover exercise technique in future posts).
