Decided to change my eating habits, take in less sugar, lost and have kept off 35 pounds so far....more planning to keep it going! Any advice or stories for motivation? Love to hear them.

My best idea is to eat desert before breakfast.
So I have no more appetite.

Boom! Nice work! Easy tip - don't eat anything after 7 p.m. EVER. The weight will naturally come off.

Nothing after 7pm, are you sure? I have PCOS, so have to eat like a diabetic, otherwise sugar drops fast and well not good things happen 😬
