Daily Challenge Completed - today 265 reps
Physical
100 reps - Walking 30 minutes X 2 - includes down and up elevation of 300 ft
10 reps - yoga asanas - 10 min X 2
5 reps - pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) 5 min X 2
50 reps - 45 minutes dumbells/kettleballs

Mental
100 reps = 1+ hours X 2 Transcendental Meditation and advanced TM-Sidhi (morning and evening)

Did a lot more dumbells than I usually do while watching a great new show....Counterpart. Cheers.
