RE: Overuse injuries - First month...

As a yoga teacher, I can't suggest you anything better than some good yoga.
Especially, I healed my lower back pain occurred after a trauma last year, with elongations and traction of the spine with pushing the arms straight along the torso on the legs, slightly bending.
Paschimottanasana, Jatara Parivartanasana and Sucirandrasana are great Asanas that can help you with lower back mobility

I didn't realise you were a yoga teacher! That's super cool.

I've done a good amount of yoga in the past, especially when I had gym memberships that included yoga classes... but I don't currently have a gym membership so I haven't done much in a while.

I still have my yoga mat and bolsters and stuff... would you happen to have any favourite yoga YouTubers I could check out?

Indeed I am.

Yes, there are a few that are doing good. I know one italian that for a simple "physical" approach to Yoga is more than enough

She is good and here in Italy many people approach Integral Yoga, like the one I am teaching, they are starting from her. https://www.youtube.com/@LaScimmiaYoga/videos

And this last one, offers full yoga sessions

Excellent! Thank you so much! I'll work my way through these.

It's a pleasure sharing this kind of information.
Take care and if you need anything else, drop a comment :D
