We all have pretty good idea that how much exercises are important in our daily lives, We all want to be look like slim and smart, but in actual we may not know why and what have to do.
Being passionate about workout and considering this is an important part of daily routine, here I'm going to start workout series:

Why workout is important?
It Improves/increases:
- Energy levels
- Muscles strength
- Brain&Heart Function
Eliminates:
- Depression, Mental illness & Diabetes
Following categoriztion will identify which body type we have:
Ectomorph
(low bodd fat, easily lose wight and difficult to gain mass)
Mesomorph
(Average body fat, Fast metabolism, easily gain and lose weight)
Endomorph
(high level of body fat, easily build musles, difficult loss weight)
Best practices during workouts:
Ectomorph
- Intake enough carbs & proteins. Avoid too much cardio
- Exercise having multiple moves. Avoid over isolation moves
Endomorph
- Train with energy/concentration. avoid to drink sports drinks
- Take care of intake carbs. don't jog for hours and endless crunches
Mesomorph
- Set your goals & personal bests. don't avoid workouts for long time
- workout like athlete. avoid cheat foods
