Leg Day Fail

First day back into the gym after vacation. I thought leg day would be a good idea........silly me! I did get through it, but it wasn't easy. Here's what I did:

Leg Extensions4x10 @ 115
Stretching5 minutes

This workout rocked me. Today was the first time I actually had to use the safety bars in the squat rack. When I went down for my 3rd rep of 205, I couldn't get back up safely so I did what was smart and dropped the bar on the safety bars. Lucky for me I was down far enough where I didn't draw too much attention to myself..... I don't like attention in the gym. I'm excited to get back into the routine, it's been a few weeks because of the PRK procedure and vacation that I was able to get into a gym routine, but now I don't have anything to get in my way!
