Deadlift day!
Alright Christmas is over, time to get back to work!
it's cold out here, dang it!
Today starts week 4 of the program, which means the weights increase 5%. I was excited to get into this second block because I was getting a little bummed I couldn't get past the 4 reps on the top sets of any workout the first block so I'm hoping I can break that trend this block with the top set being 2+ reps.

I was definitely feeling my hamstrings after this one.
Ok working sets
Even though it was cold as all get out in the garage, I was feeling pretty good on the warm up sets. Didn't get much rest between sets because I was messing with the new tripod lol (thanks @Goldarr) but that's ok I like to keep the heart rate up.
Like I said, I felt pretty good today. And, I was able to surpass the max reps! Finally! Lol
Accessory as usual, rows and kettlebell swing super set, 3 rounds. Minimal rest between.

Just did a body weight conditioning workout today, but still worked up quite a sweat. I'm tellin you guys, body weight hiit is a great way to finish off a workout.
Lola picked out a shirt for me for Xmas and I'm hyped on it
Tomorrow is chest day, so we'll see if I can keep up the trend of breaking 2 reps on the top set 🤞
