Low reps because it was a PR attempt day, for deadlift and bench. Next weekend I'll attempt squats then make a full post involving all three.

I know man, I'm bummed at myself for slacking. I'm comin back though, I finally just made a post lol. I have been training so rest assured I'm still about that life!
