Hey Steemers! This is my favourite arm workout!
( "/" means superset). Minute rest between sets
Bis-
-Alternating Dumbell curl/ Reverse barbell curl. 10 reps each for 3 sets
-Close grip cable curl/ wide grip cable curl/ barbell preacher curl. 10 reps each for 3 sets
Tris-
-Close grip bench press/dumbbell skull crushers. 10 reps each for 3 sets
-Rope extension/Overhead rope extension/V-Bar extension/Overhead V-Bar extension. 10 reps on each for 4 sets.

@jbouchard12 I agree with what Athlean x has to say with the tempo! In my opinion, this is great for beginners to learn mind muscle connection and how it feels to get a great set in. From experience, I think that having a good mind muscle connection is just as effective in the tearing process as tempo!
