Hey Steemers!
PB TIME!! Not the prettiest squat... but 185kg (407lb) Squat! That is a 25kg (55lb) squat gain since I started back training for strength! At least I can see what I need to work on for improvements and more PB's!

Nice big boy!
Getting Stronger! that beats a plus PB!
Hi @orupold-fitness; nice gain but this was not bellow parallel and you are shifting your knees to much in. I know you don't do a PR with the best technique, but try to push your knees out.
But it's nice to see someone one steemit with the same passion :) Stay strong
Hi @andalucia but it was below parallel, its just not a great camera angle. With the knees it is what i am currently working on, along with the way my chest acts during the squat.
Ok. But in the camera angle it really seems to be way above below.
For your knees, you can pull a rubber band around them and squat, so you are forced to push your knees outwards.
Btw. how much do you weight?
Thanks for the advice. I have something similar to that currently on my program but I will give it a go. I weight about 87kg atm
No worries:)
You are strong for your age and weight. Keep on like this. But take care, always technique over ego and weight. I recently watched a short vid where someone said, if you do 5 reps, and 2 of them are good and the last 3 are shitty, than 60% of your training sucks. I took his advice ;)
