Hit this PR a few days ago and was super happy with myself since I set a target for 250 by the meat next weak and just blew past it by 20 lbs. Squats have always been one of my weakest lifts, and I set that goal the most conservative of the big 3 power lifts I will be competing in. So shouldn't be too surprised I beat it. Either way super happy with this one and only another 30lbs before I have a total of 900lbs in the three lifts
After this I was casually working on my bench press and randomly jumped into another guys bench to try his weight, didn't notice it at the time but it was 10 lbs heavier then my last PR at 255. Put that up with a little struggle. So as a spur of the moment lift I raised my bench record this day as well!
Current PRs are 255 for bench 270 for squats and 345 dead lifts total weight 870lbs
