Been taking a break from typical calisthenics and ninja style training to work on a power lifting meet that my local gym was doing at Pure Focus in Brick NJ. Set a goal for 900 lbs in the 182.75 weight class. Was happy to meet those goals with some good training, dieting, and a little bit of cutting weight for the last day or two.

The third attempt was technically a fail, I didn't know it at the time since this was my first meet but any downward movement on the bar is a failure. I felt my back getting out of wack and dipped the bar to fix it resulting in a fail. :( Other than that technicality it was a still a good lift and most I ever picked up for a squat.

2nd 265 failed from lifting my foot
3rd 265 shown in the video easily lifting, was a much cleaner rep than the 2nd attempt.
