Qi Gong is an internal martial art.
If you practice the same move every day, that particular area of the body will develop the strength to withstand all blows.

It only takes some determination, self-belief, and inner motivation to push on.

Nothing in life comes easily, but with some effort, you could make some improvements in your life.

The key is to have a strong, healthy, and fit body, that is in tune with the mind.

Hppiness comes in all forms, and looking after your body and mind is one simple way to guarantee happiness in return.

Be a fighter, and never give up!

Welcome to the new world of Hive!
Sorry, it took me a while to connect with you here.
This blogging world is new to you and might not be your comfort zone, but I suggest that you share what you are comfortable with.
An intro is a good idea as suggested by @macchiata.
It's good to respond to messages, but I understand that your resource credits (RC) might not be sufficient. I will transfer a small amount of hive power (HP) to you to help you out. Yours will build up the more you post.
