Hey there! Some advice I can give you is to look up some of the top powerlifters. Form is what’s most important. Try to see who your genetics are similar to. Are you considering competing as well? It’s important to follow a training program to increase your strength slowly. I like my training cycles to go from 8-10 weeks. Some people go 12 weeks but I get too impatient to test my maxes at the end lol
