Big guns are a thing of beauty for men. Even a half inch gained onto your arms will make you look bigger.
I met a guy at a and he had some of the biggest arms I’ve ever seen. I swear to god, that guy’s arms were the same size as his thighs. One day, I asked him, “Hey, how did you get such big arms?”
He told me that ever since he started training, he’d train his arms 4 times per week. That was the simple formula to those huge guns. I know there was more to it than just high frequency.
Get a pump with higher reps on isolation exercises and go heavy on compound movements like rows, chin-ups and so on.
If someone you know would be interested in getting big arms, then send them here!
Yep, frequency is the key for sure. Most people think doing a body part every day is too much, when its actually not. It has been proven by Dr. Jacob Wilson that training a body part 5 times a week, 4 sets per day, has 40% better results than just doing 20 sets once a week. If you are doing 12-15 sets per day for the same body part, then for sure that is too much, you need to recover. If you stimulate the muscle once a day, you can recover easily before the next workout. Depending on your age, protein synthesis can only last 4-8 hours instead of 48 hrs when you are younger...
