What People Expect & Want
As a personal trainer and an online coach people often ask me "what is the best diet to follow or what is the best training plan".
People want results and they usually want them in the fastest possible time.
Now I just want to state for the recorded that I do not believe in extreme weight loss programs or body transformations and in many cases people are being sold an illusion but they are topics for future posts.
But for this post I am going to give you the best nutrition plan and training plan and when done correctly you are guaranteed results and this is body transformation gold (hell I should be charging for this)

Ok here it goes, are you ready.......................................................?
The best training and nutrition plans are the ones that you can follow 100%
Yes that's it! and that is all you need!
There are so many different plans out there these days and if done correctly they will all bring results but if you don't follow them then you cant expect anything to happen.
This sounds like basic and obvious advice but you would be surprised how many people I meet, that have been given programs and for one reason or other only half do them or follow the training but don't follow the nutrition and then wonder why they don't get results, only to blame the program or the trainer.
One Size Dose Not Fit All
Now this dose not mean that the plan will be right for you and if its not then its no wonder you cant follow it and don't get the results (but please don't use this as the excuse why it didn't work).
If you get a generic plan that is one size fits all, as in it is a plan that is not specifically tailored to your lifestyle, scedule eating habits, likes and dislikes, then the chances are you are not going to be able to to follow it.
Moral of the Story
Get a plan that is made specifically for you by someone you have faith in.
Believe in it, follow it 100% and see the results
If you literally had the best eating and training plans in the world and you don't follow them 100% you wont get the results.
