Hello steemit friends how are you all hope doing well enough to keep you fit and healthy. Today I will discuss some healthy tips on how to gain weight. We usually observe that weight loss is a big problem of today generation but same as that if we notice then gaining weight is also a health problem it can cause malnourished.
What should be the normal body weight according to you a healthy person should have body weight according to his height we consider normal body weight about 50 kg and according to age but sometime we will not able to gain normal and become thin and skinny and face many health problems.

Daily calorie intake is sufficient for body to gain healthy weight we need 500 k calorie per day our body requirement according to fulfill its need. If you are confused about it you may concern a little from a good dietitian he will describe all about how much calorie you need to gain enough weight.
At home we need more energy and our daily activity often make us tired all day and every day we take meal with protein and full nutritious diet to cope with that and make our stamina strong so if you are under weighted you will get tire soon and affect your health and fitness. So First I will suggest here to take enough calorie in your meal.

If you want to gain healthy weight first you have to make a healthy diet plan for whole day set it in the way that you could follow it in your working hour. If you have very busy schedule in your working hours just keep salad and some fruits and you may eat these in your 15 minute break due to your boosting energy it will helpful to maintain stamina and will not make you feel tired and weak.
You may add some healthy snacks before your meal and dry fruits contains calorie and provide body strength. Will keep you active whole day.

From Breakfast To Dinner What You Eat

What you eat in breakfast if you are not getting weight properly.
So I have some tips or healthy schedule for you. In your breakfast take a glass of milk with two boiled egg if you don’t like it then you may take some dry fruits, bread using butter or fruit gem it will tasty increase your taste.
Before you take your lunch take a cup of soup will beneficial it increases hunger and it is healthy and delicious to eat you may take vegetarian or non vegetarian non vegetarian will be more batter good to gain body weight.
Dinner would be light and smaller because you will take a bowl of fruit salad or a cup of green tea with or may take snacks nutritious diet containing all nutrients and healthy fat to know more about nutrients you may read my previous blog on five essential nutrients it will help you.
