Good on you man. I've found a small jog or even a brisk walk around the block in the morning can really clear your mind and make you feel great to start the day!

Nice man! We need some fitness on here. I have been addicted to Steemit so bad that I haven't been able to go to the gym the last 4 or 5 days.
