No one got the answer like you said and I had two attempts.
95% of a bounty is decided by the author upvotes and 5% by upvotes from the community.
If a chase the author does not do any upvote, 100% of the bounty is decided by upvotes from the community. This is what happened in the case of this bounty.
I worked for the vote but it was not going to come if I did not play smart. I did not do anything bad but just being too smart and intelligent :)
