Workout Week 11
Day 1. 5sets of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
Day 2. 5sets of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
Day 3. 5sets of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
Day 4. 5sets of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
Day 5. 5sets of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
Day 6. 5sets of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
Day 7. 5 set of(10Burpees/10Deadlift)
You can use for deadlift just a simple stick or rope if you don‘t want to go heavy.
This week treat-Who will use the heaviest weight on Deadlift on each day - will get 10 Rank Points each day😊(10 points/women division -10 points /men division)
You need to perform this 7 days workouts for consecutive 7 days from Monday 19/11/18(I need to see all reps in the video, how long does it take you to do a workout - does not matter). You need to make a proof(I need a video). You can post a video in dtube, Dlive, youtube, google disc, LBRY or any other platforms you like
- I need a proof of workout, it can be any video, link to the video or you can send me the workout file(you choose), or you can do a workout at rmsbodybuilding gym.
You can do a workout in my gym if you are local, so you won't need to make a video. The judge will be me @rmsbodybuilding.
You will make tips if you post the videos!
You can boost your earning by buying some rank points-check the spreadsheet. If you don‘t like the workout, you can use your one-just purchase the Ghost mode.

Your not the worst. We can be tied for the spot. I did record one session but never got it posted. Technical difficulties and other bullshit excuses. Quads finally stopped hurting a few days ago. Then failed to press on. So might get in one day of this challenge.
Yes, sometimes we get technical difficulties. But recently with dtube I have no any problems. Happy to hear that your quads are ready to kick in.

Hah I guess I'm fine this week, just everything overhead was out of camera cuz I'm 190cm with loong arms hahah :D I'll be jumping out of screen but I guess it's important that video shows the pushup and jump (talkiong about burpees)
