What are the benefits of exercise?

  1. Improves the heart and the blood system.
  2. Improves muscular and athletic ability.
  3. Prevents the onset of brain diseases.
  4. Boosts the effectiveness of the immune system.
  5. Physical activity can enhance the mechanical effectiveness of the heart by enhancing the volume of the blood that can be pumped.
  6. Exercise can strengthen bones by causing an increase in the bone mineral density as this increases the rate at which minerals like calcium are deposited in the bone.
  7. Exercise induces the release of feel-good endorphins in the brain.

If you are never exercising, you can never lead a healthy lifestyle, you can never have discipline any other field, and moreover you will understand the law of attraction, mind-matter manifestation.
