I've got to start getting back into the swing of things. Babies and gym don't mix!!!
Always a little bit of a journey back from a new born however I know you can do it. I deal with numerous mums and all it takes is to get started and get into a routine and just stick with it. Take pressure off yourself to achieve a predetermined result and just look at progression. Training and health is for life. You have time. Get started as soon as you can. :)
I have often avoided dead lifts because of possible back injury. I know people write stuff like this to get follows but i'm serious when I say i'm going to try this. Thank you!
Rack pulls are a great asset to your regime. I have had injuries and I always use these when needed and found them of great use. Good luck with it. Get a coach and learn how to do it with confidence.
Great post
Thank you. Appreciate you coming past.
