Fitness Update 2 (8 weeks)

Fitness Progression Part 2:

It was a slow start. With the new job,new pregnancy, and all the other excuses that don't matter I slacked off making it 1-2 days a week for the first 3-4 weeks but I am finishing my 3rd week of doing my full 4 day routine.

One thing that has been super beneficial with my all around performance is the structure working out first thing in the morning creates.

I was always been an evening lifter but I regularly find myself getting excited by going to sleep and getting to workout in the morning. I love it. And I have always been a night owl.

And this is my late step fathers company t-shirt. He came into my life in my twenties and taught me how to be a man, a real man, not the ones you see in the action films growing up. He taught me how to work hard and so the right thing.
