Working out before pics after COVID.

So I don't know what I'm more embarrassed about, the fact that I am in planet fitness, or how skinny I am lol, but Someone (Abby) forgot to cancel our nautilus membership so we owe them a million dollars. But the machines are good quality at Planet and they have rich people waterfall showerheads 😂.

But I stopped working out probably a year ago and lost maybe 5-8 pounds, thennnnnn I got sick from COVID and lost 17 pounds in around 3 weeks. So now I stand 6' ft 4''at 177.4 pounds. Yes, I put in the .4, and stand by my decision.

My legs are gone! It's embarrassing but I always wanted to do a physical transformation type segment in The Wayve #fitwayve and if I want you guys to be open to doing it I kinda gotta do it myself. And I want to see this pop up in my timeline in a year and be proud of how much gainz I will have...well, gained.

Working out isn't just for your body:
I know duh right?
But I want to talk about more than just the physical gains so along with pictures I want to discuss the many mental gainz in future posts. Those are the best part, and I don't wanna miss out on them so I am sticking to a good diet and working out "healthy", if that makes sense.

this segment will keep me motivated because I've committed to something publicly and it could work like that for anyone.
