Well, I'm my opinion I would say it's better to make use of total carbs instead of net carbs. Net carns could be a bit tricky in the sense that if you are taking 4g of carbs for instance and you subtract 3g from 4g like you did, what makes you feel it automatically reduces Ur cab intake to 1g? That can only be possible if fibres neutralizea carbs but in this case it doesn't
