I shared the variety entries before and I found out that this is the right time to re-branding my profile. I plan to post all about fitness as I am certified fitness instructor and I want to share about proper techniques in workout, tips, and diet plan for everyone in steemit!
I know you can Google or whatever it is, but not all understand the actual concept at there. So I want to make it simple so everyone can understand the easy terms and examples.
Almost 2 years in fitness as my career and this certificate allows me to extend another 2 years. I really love it!
Pictures below are some from the main event that I participated. Usually I will be in the studio for fitness program called as "Fitness Xpress" from Monday-Saturday at Fitness Rites Centre, Yayasan Sabah.
