Workout of the day and follow up on what I ate today

If you see my last 2 posts you'll see everything I ate today. Throw in 3-4 coffees with milk too.

Around 1000-1200 calories worth of food - don't know the exact macros but I am sure I need more fat and protein 

Since I ate waaaaay too much this week, 1000-1200 calories is ok for today.

Workout was really good too, hit the gym after eating and not eating until tomorrow.


As soon as I got there I did 4 sets of lat pull down

Then seated row

Couple of chin ups

Then a triple super set of leg extension, leg curl and calf raises

Back to back I did cable back twists

Then bicep curls barbell 21 7-7-7

And finished the weights with some simple dumbbell bicep curls


Did 7 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical for 100 calories - 

Was enough for the day, pretty good day - looking forward to see how much weight I dropped tomorrow morning (weight not fat)

do you eat 1000 -1200 calories per day !? what is ur program are you cutting ?

everyday is different unfortunately, I should be eating more than 1000-1200 calories but since I ate a lot of garbage this week (see my posts) I figured one day eating this little shouldn't hurt.

My goal is to maintain or even gain some muscle while cutting down the stored fat. I think I need to get around 180 pounds to be really lean but we'll see soon

Fucking goals.
