Your watch had 1hr 50min, so it's technically 3 full 30 minute clips. I'll count 300 reps since that's serious cardio exercise commitment, but didn't cross the next 30 min mark (just to try to keep it black and white for everyone).
Wow that makes me my reps feel like I'm lazy, but I can't run like that and never have been able.
In the future, I'll need to consider if it's always 100 reps per 30 minutes or if there will be a cap (if marathoners or distance runners get involved more regularly). Do you have any ideas?
